What is the pay structure?

Drivers pay structure is load-based. The load pay is calculated by bookrate.

Yes, we have a comprehensive benefits package to meet our employees’ and their families’ needs. You will have access to Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K(4% company match), and Legal assistance subscription, STD (100% Employer Funded), LTD, Basic Life (100% Employer Funded) and Voluntary Life, AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, EAP. Newly hired employees and their eligible dependents are eligible to start benefits the first of the month following 60 days from the date of hire. Benefit premiums are deducted weekly, per pay period.

All new employees will receive 40 hours of PTO after completing three months of service. 
PTO renews on your anniversay date and will increase based upon your months of service.

Initial work shifts usually start in the evening hours. Working hours do vary from each location and are determined by the manager.

Sign-on Bonuses, if available, are location specific.  

Yes, drivers are resonsible for offloading/loading the product at each location. Electric pallet jacks are used assist the driver with this task

Our drivers have two consecutive days off which usually fall in the middle of the week. Scheduled off days do vary from each location and are determined by the manager.

Our fleet consists of well mantained Mack, Freightliner and International tractors. Model years 2021 and newer.

We do not provide CDL training. Drivers must have a valid CDL A with a minimum of 12 months driving experience, and be at least 23 years of age.

Local drivers return home at the end of each shift.

Our drivers have the call center supporting them through the evenings for any issues that arise.

The call center can be reached from 10pm to 8am .
